Joker

Movie Review: JOKER: FOLIE À DEUX

When I normally go out to preview a movie, I do so at 7 pm. By the time the movie is finished and I’ve made the trip back home, it’s at least 10 pm, so I don’t have the bandwidth to write a review until the following day.  I want to give my best feedback, and take some time to think about my response before I commit words to digital paper. But in the case of JOKER: FOLIE À DEUX, I don’t need to do that.

SDCC 2023: DC Interview with Tom King and Mitch Gerads (Wonder Woman / Batman: The Brave and the Bold)

Thanks to our friends at DC, we had the opportunity to spend some quality time with creators Tom King and Mitch Gerads. They discuss crafting Wonder Woman / Batman: The Brave and the Bold, why Batman needs a Robin, the music that goes with the Joker, and much more.

Comic Book Review: Batman: The Brave and the Bold #2

If this is the style that we can continue expecting from Batman: The Brave and the Bold, we’re in for quite a treat. The stories within have done a great job at investing the reader in sticking around for the next chapter, while presenting an opportunity for some wonderful one-offs that can serve to deepen our connection to these characters and their struggles.

Blu-Ray Review: Batman: The Long Halloween Part One

by Erin Hatch, Editor-at-Large One of the most alluring aspects of Batman comics is the ability for the character to participate in stories that are outlandish and cartoony or somber and grounded and still feel at home with the tone…

DVD Review: Batman – Assault On Arkham

by Jayden Leggett, Editor What’s the matter, haven’t heard of this one before? Well, that’s probably because this DC Universe Original Movie isn’t an adaptation of any pre-existing comic book story. That’s right folks, this is a genuine 100% new…

Blu-ray Review: Necessary Evil: Super-Villains of DC Comics

There must always be a balance in the universe. Wherever there is evil, there will always be good. Warner Bros. Home Entertainment and DC Entertainment put this premise to the test with the release of their new documentary: Necessary Evil: Super-Villains of DC Comics.

Blu-ray Review: LEGO: Batman The Movie – DC Super Heroes Unite

Wow. That’s all I can say after seeing this work of pure GENIUS. The great minds behind Warner Premier who have brought us the entire line of DC Animated movies that have come out over the past 5 years have teamed up with LEGO for possibly their greatest and newest direct to home video release: LEGO Batman: The Movie – DC Superheroes Unite, now available to own on Blu-ray, DVD, On Demand, and for Digital Download. It is the funniest thing I have ever seen involving the massive cast of DC Comics characters done to date and because of which, it shines brightly by bringing all of these characters together into a storm of self aware humor that hasn’t been seen in a official production before.

PS3 Game Review: Injustice – Gods Among Us

I tend to suck a lot of noodle when it comes to fighters. So when I say that Injustice: Gods Among Us is a ridiculously awesome and entertaining fighting game, you had better believe that there is something very special about it.

Comic Review: Batman #13 and Uncanny Avengers #1
