#NotesForTracy 09/25/24

I watch Andy Griffith now instead.

Based on a True Story

I do not think I actually yelled at the television at the gym, but I certainly came close. “Pray for Critical Thinking” may be my next Critter Sticker. I’ll use Booger Budda, maybe.

The OG

Another entry from the Sticky Note phase of the cartoon! Sometimes I wonder why I thought these were good enough to share, but I am glad I did. You have to start somewhere. This sticky note started as a lunch note for my wife, and then ended up on the back of her office door. The guy in sunglasses is Fred Cool, which is my first Critter character ever. ComicsOnline was kind enough to post this Sticky Note Version on January 10, 2020.

The Second Attempt

ComicsOnline posted the revised pen and pencil color version of this comic on June 6, 2022.

Critter Sighting!

Critter Sighting in London!

The Mom Critter is in honor of my wife Tracy. This is my favorite Mom Critter Sticker Sighting to date. Somewhere close to Camden Town in London.

You, too, could join the #crittertribe! Follow on Instagram (@joe.iconic) or TikTok (@notesfortracy) for more critters! For Critter Stickers and Gear, go to Redbubble and look for the JoeIconic store. All proceeds go to buying more stickers, temporary tattoos, and other sharable promotional swag, and make coloring pages for the children who come through our local crisis charity! Critter fans send Critter Sightings from Amsterdam to Charleston to London!  Critter Sightings are usually posted on social media on the weekends.

This “Director’s Cut” of the cartoons is exclusively on ComicsOnline.com! Come back to ComicsOnline for Critters, Comic Book Reviews, and Everything Geek Pop Culture!

Joe is a husband, #girldad, and Orphan of Apollo. He has drawn critters since riding the bus in 5th grade, and they have appeared on notes to loved ones, graffiti in a Latin classroom (sorry Rev. Dr Clark!), training slides for work, a newsletter in Alaska, and notes to his wife Tracy, who encouraged him to share them with the world. Contains pop culture references, stuff from the news, but mostly bad dad jokes.
