You would think it would be easy to resist any food that includes the word “possum.”

Opossums!

So this storyline is winding down. You can tell by the recurring gag. Gag seems appropriate for old pizza that’s brand includes “possum” in the name right? Don’t get me wrong, I like opossums. From a distance. They are supposed to do all kind of beneficials things that makes up for them getting into your trash.

According to Gardening Know How and other sources, the beneficial aspects of opossums include lowering the number of the following in their areas:

  1. Mice
  2. Rats
  3. Snakes, including the venomous kind
  4. Cockroaches
  5. Did I mention snakes?

Critter Sighting!

As I may have mentioned before, Emmie is the inspiration for Whirly Dirly Critter! On her arm is one of the first Latuda Critter Temporary Tattoos. She is two and a half years old, and in the spotlight of any gathering.

You, too, could join the #crittertribe! Follow on Instagram (@joe.iconic) or TikTok (@notesfortracy) for more critters! For Critter Stickers and Gear, go to Redbubble and look for the JoeIconic store. All proceeds go to buying more stickers, temporary tattoos, and other sharable promotional swag, and make coloring pages for the children who come through our local crisis charity. Also, fans send Critter Sightings from Amsterdam to Chicago or wherever that terrific toddler lives! Critter Sightings are usually posted on social media on the weekends.

This “Director’s Cut” of the cartoons is exclusively on ComicsOnline.com! Come back to ComicsOnline for Critters, Comic Book Reviews, and Everything Geek Pop Culture!

Joe is a husband, #girldad, and Orphan of Apollo. He has drawn critters since riding the bus in 5th grade, and they have appeared on notes to loved ones, graffiti in a Latin classroom (sorry Rev. Dr Clark!), training slides for work, a newsletter in Alaska, and notes to his wife Tracy, who encouraged him to share them with the world. Contains pop culture references, stuff from the news, but mostly bad dad jokes.
