We all need a little help from our friends sometimes, and this week in The Flash #2, Wally West gets a little help from some new ones and displays a strange new ability!

Official Description:
As Wally West faces massively powered-up old foes as well as a new, mysterious being, he encounters a group of alien explorers who are very interested in Wally’s powers (which continue to glitch). Also, something seems to be literally bubbling up in Keystone City, as the new era for the Scarlet Speedster continues!

The Flash continues his battle with a mysterious new enemy, and in the process, meets strange new allies. Wally’s continued investigation into Grodd’s plans yield some surprising results, and a strange new power related to the abnormalities that Wally has been experiencing. A surprise visit from a familiar face may be connected.

Spurrier continues to write a smart comic that isn’t afraid to have fun with itself. This has been an interesting launch for Wally and his supporting cast, and I am definitely interested to see where it goes.
