You might recall the initial casting rumors that Donal was up for the title roll of James Gordon in Fox’s upcoming series Gotham, which will chronicle the younger years of the caped crusader Bruce Wayne shortly after his parents were murdered.   Casting announcements have been coming right and left this week, with the police station quickly getting filled out.

We can happily report Logue has INDEED joined the ranks of the boys in blue, but as Detective Harvey Bullock, Gordon’s rough-around-the-edges partner and mentor who plays loose with police procedure, but he gets results … and he does it with old-school, forceful panache.
