The 3-part season finale pits the Autobots against this planetary threat, only to find a very unlikely ally by their side: Megatron! Can these forces team up to stop Unicron before he destroys all life on Earth? There are so many references to past Transformers Lore in this episode that it would be hard to list them all. Overall:
Transformers Prime is the Transformers series that fans have been waiting for. It features cleaver storytelling, compelling characters, and well crafted dialogue that will entertain viewers new and old. Prime is what the Michael Bay movies could have been had they been done right. While there is a human component to TF Prime, the focus remains on the Autobots and the Decepticons, with the humans acting as secondary (yet still crucial) characters. This is the first time since the original series that the humans are not annoying and actually contribute to the overall plot.
Transformers Prime is a show that definitely blows away all expectations and is a series to be reckoned with!
