Blu-ray Review: Valentine’s Day
Love. We are all looking for it, and when we find it, we cling to it as if we'll never get it again. We lavish those who provide it to us with gifts and time. There are those of us who devote more energy to the pursuit and care of Love than others. But, there is one thing universal to all of us whether or not we have found that love and that is Valentine’s Day. You either love it because you have someone, or hate it because you’re single. You can’t escape it, or even the fact that the day is coming up. Hollywood has cashed in on the day and made a movie about it, but this time they have decided to make it with an all star ensemble cast and now you can own Valentine's Day on Blu-ray!

Blu-ray Review: Invictus
Invictus is a movie about two different dreams, which come from two different men, who live in two different worlds that unite one nation. It is a story about hope, challenge and accomplishing the impossible. It is a movie about history, the impossible and rugby, and it is now available on Blu-ray!
Anime Oasis 2010 Days Two and Three
Day two of Anime Oasis wasn’t nearly as eventful as day one, but still completely worth going. Starting the day off was a signing with voice actor and comic book artist Sonny Strait, followed closely by another panel with Sonny Strait. This panel was only slightly more informative than the last, and filled with repeat questions and anecdotes (that were still funny the second time around). One of the most interesting tidbits to come from this is that Sonny has been dubbing and directing new animes, though he is under strict contract not to talk about them.

Anime Oasis 2010 Day One
Anime Oasis 2010 is my second small yet well put-together anime convention (the first being Kawaiikon 2009), and though there wasn’t a lot to see, with the dealer's hall being covered in just about 45 minutes, there was plenty to do. The day started off relatively slow, with a ton of cosplay photos taken and meandering around the various event rooms, but picked up as the day went on, starting with voice actor and comic book artist Sonny Strait’s panel, moving on to the cosplay swimsuit competition, and ending with fan-driven discussions.
Universal hope Robin Hood can make merry overseas
To date, the Ridley and Russell reunion tour has coaxed a mere $66.1m (£46m) from audiences across the pond. That’s small change for a tentpole release these days – especially one that reportedly cost $200m – and Robin Hood will do well to creep past $100m before the theatrical cycle comes to a close. But studio heads know that even when a movie disappoints in the domestic market, they can, if the circumstances are right, rely on the international arena to prop it up.
