ComicCon has offically started! Preview Night started out crazy and hectic as usual with people running around trying to register and avoid very long lines and security guards yelling in different directions telling everyone where to go. People were everywhere at once trying to get their badges, and until the Dealer Floor opened at six, it looked like Under the Sails was going to be the most crowded place. Once you got registered you got a big ComicCon bag with a tv show on it. We looked and fought for a Chuck bag and didn’t stop until we got one.
Once the Dealer Floor opened, people all at once ran in to see what was in store for this year. New games and movies were being shown. New artists were showing their talent. And even special Edition Zachary Levi (from the show Chuck) were being sold. As Morgan, my best friend, and I walked by, we couldn’t walk past. It was $15 dollars and we really wanted it. After long minutes of thinking, I finally decided to buy it and the vendor gave me two for $20!!! It turns out that there are only 258 of these cards and only 100 that he has to sell.
Preview Night was a lot of fun and a lot more more relaxed than usual. It was nice seeing the Convention Center at a time like this. Morgan and I got a picture with Pikachu and found some really funny comics. I can’t wait to see how the rest of Con turns out and I hope everyone has as much fun as I did.
