The Decepticons are also aware of this island and decide take its resources for their own, but their actions lead to worldwide consequences.

"Microbots"- Megatron has finally found his crashed ship on Earth! He quickly recovers an object called "The Heart of Cybertron", which will give him immense power. When it is discovered that Megatron's power comes with an explosive result, the Autobots must embark on their own version of "fantastic voyage" and shrink down to to microscopic size to fight their biggest threat!

"Megatron's Master Plan (Parts 1 and 2)"- Megatron launches a new scheme to ruin the Autobots' reputation with the humans of Earth. With the help of a human politician, Megatron might finally have gotten his way, as the Autobots are forced to leave! With the Autobots out of the way, the Decepticons are free to do as they please and Earth is now in peril. Can the Autobots return to help humanity in time?

"Desertion of the Dinobots (Parts 1 and 2)"- Don't make the Dinobots angry… you won't like them when they are angry. When all of the other Transformers become ill from a mysterious infection, their fates fall into the hands of the Dinobots, but they don't seem to care what happens to their Autobot counterparts. The Decepticons find a cure for the problem and quickly move against their foes, but the Dinobots are nowhere to be found…Who will save the day now?
