Old enemies and checkered pasts come afloat in the next episode of Arrow. Wednesdays at 8/7c on The CW.
Vertigo, the drug that almost killed Oliver’s (Stephen Amell – The Vampire Diaries) sister, Thea (Willa Holland – Legion), is back on the streets of Starling city and all the roads seem to lead to Verdant, or to be more specific to Tommy (Collin Donnell – L.A.Noire), Oliver’s best friend. To make matters worse Detective Lance (Paul Blackthorn – Justice League: Doom) is on the case putting Laurel (Katie Cassidy – Supernatural) in the middle. All the while Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) and Diggle (David Ramsey – Dexter) are looking into finding Deadshot without Oliver’s knowledge.
The hood goes and looks for the only person who knows the formula for Vertigo, the drug dealer named The Count (Seth Gabel), however when he sees him he is completely delusional and crazy, just as he left him, begging the question who is supplying Vertigo. And then The Count allegedly escapes, and the blame goes back to him, or so everybody thinks except for Detective Lance who is suspicious of the club and its not-inspected basement.
The episode is a complete set up for the fast approaching season finally, and it looks good. The series has been good since its first episode and it has not disappointed yet. Great cast and great writing make this series a must see.
