DVD Review: Lilo & Stitch 2-Disc Big Wave Edition

"Ohana means family, family means nobody gets left behind. Or forgotten." -Lilo

Aliens. Elvis. Kids. Family. Hawaii. Surfing. If you're a fan of any of these things, you will likely love Lilo & Stitch Which is now re-released in its blue-in-color but sadly standard definition only "2-Disc Big Wave Edition".

It seems that there's no Blu-ray announced as on the way, so it's likely safe to pick up this edition if you don't already have Lilo & Stitch on DVD on your shelf.

DVD Review: Down and Dirty with Jim Norton

Comedy, like music, is highly personal and watching a show full of random stand ups is similar to MTV playing Gwar, Joni Mitchell and Lil Jon back to back… it doesn’t work. Down and Dirty with Jim Norton tries to remedy the Premium Blend model by assembling a group of comedians with similar material.

Blu-ray Review: Bolt

How do you know it's time to finally break time and make the switch to Blu-ray? When Disney's latest offering is released on Blu-ray before it's available on DVD*. It's like Disney's knocking on your thick skull and saying "Hello, are you in there? This is the future of technology calling. Nineteen ninety-six called and it wants it's DVDs back. You really need to give it up and just start watching movies and TV in HD with the rest of the world. Hello? Can you say 1080p and English 5.1 DTS-HD Master Audio?" But being as though this is Disney we're talking about, they're nicer than that and *they even include the DVD version along with the 3-disc Blu-ray edition cause they know that life, like technology upgrades, is not always so simple.
